Description
Hand-carved from premium rosewood and polished to a lustrous sheen, this idol of Sri Ganapati is seated in Lalitasana, radiating shanti (peace) and vairaagya (detachment). His chaturbhuja mudras hold the vara, pasha, ankusha, and modaka, symbolizing blessings, control, liberation, and sweet fulfillment. Framed by a finely detailed simha mukha prabhavali—a lion-mouthed torana enveloped in swirling foliage—the deity rests on an ashtashra peetha (octagonal base) featuring a row of elephant inlays. Ideal for placement in a pooja room, mandapa, or darshana corner, this sculpture embodies sashwata samruddi (eternal prosperity) and kalpanatmika shakti (creative energy).
